We walk the cobbled streets of the old Roman city of Verona taking in the piazzas, gardens, and arched bridges. A special treat awaited us just a little bit away in the town of Sulzano - The Floating Piers.

We spend some time at another UNESCO World Heritage site - the Dolomites. The mountains provide a beautiful and inspiring landscape for getting lost in a rental car in Italy.

The hills are alive with the sound of cowbells! We explored some of the beautiful mountain landscapes of Switzerland, once the rain stopped.

Stop two on our "parents are with us in Europe" part of the trip. We walk the Parisian streets experiencing a somewhat changed city due to Euro Cup 2016. Good traveling companions made for great times!

Melissa and I gather up some traveling companions in Amsterdam, our first stop in Europe. Moldy bathrooms, crooked buildings, and lots of walking over canals while dodging bikes made for an exciting visit.
