Our Vietnam journey continues as we head north to Hoi An, a nice town on a river. And then we head ever norther, with a bit of a delay and a little scare, to a beautiful island and then to our last stop in Vietnam - Hanoi.

Southern Vietnam: Ha Tien, HCMC/Saigon and Mui Ne

I did have a picture of Ryan asleep with his mouth open on this bus but decided for the closed mouth, rainbow lights version instead. This was one of the buses we took to HCMC.

Crossing over to Southern Vietnam from Cambodia was when our adventure really got interesting. No one really spoke English and we sure don't speak Vietnamese. Thank you to Google Translate and the kind people of Vietnam who interpreted our miming hand gestures and helped us along!

Cambodian Touristy Tourist Places

Technically you're not supposed to take pictures of monks without permission but he didn't seem to mind when he totally caught me doing so.

We make our last two stops in Cambodia - Sihanoukville and Kampot. One place is a little beach resort town which pretty much sucked. The other was nice and laid back where we got to see some ruins and float around on a river.
