Old Towns, Deer Parks and Temples

Hey deer! How's it going? Say "hi" to your mother for me.

We spent a couple days exploring the shrines, old towns, parks and gardens of Kyoto and Nara. Lots of beautiful buildings and lots of deer to feed!

Our Japan adventure started with a mix of great food, crowded streets, castles, and quiet walks in cemeteries. The excitement of our visit was high and we had a great first few days in the country.
